Child Safety Standards

StixSwap is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation and any form of harmful content on our platform. This page describes our standards in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable child safety laws.

1) Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM)

We prohibit the upload, sharing, solicitation, generation, distribution or discussion of child sexual abuse and exploitation material (CSAE/CSAM) in any form — including text, images, audio, video, links and grooming behavior. Any account found engaging in such activity is permanently banned without prior notice. We report applicable cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to other authorities as required by law.

2) Age requirements

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use the App. If you believe a user is under 13, report the account using the in-app "Report" option and we will review and remove if confirmed.

3) In-app reporting and blocking

Every user profile and chat screen contains a Report action (Profile or chat menu > Report) and a Block action. Reports submitted through the app are reviewed by our moderation team; we aim to act within 24 hours and offending accounts may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

4) How to report child safety concerns

• In-app: open the user's profile or the chat menu > tap Report and choose the reason "Child safety / inappropriate content involving a minor".
• Email: stixswapapp@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety report". Include the offending username and any context. We respond within 24 hours.
• Emergency: if you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

6) Standards and compliance

StixSwap aligns its child safety practices with:

• Google Play Families Policy and Child Safety Standards.
• Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.3 (Kids Category) and 1.6 (Child Safety).
• US 18 U.S.C. §2258A reporting obligations to NCMEC.
• EU Digital Services Act (DSA) trusted-flagger and notice-and-action mechanisms.
• Türkiye Cumhuriyeti 5651 sayılı Kanun obligations regarding harmful content removal.

7) Moderation and proactive measures

• Profanity filter on messages.
• Blocked-user content is hidden immediately from feeds and chats.
• Account deletion is available in-app at any time (see deletion policy).
• Reports trigger human review; we keep pseudonymized records of abuse reports for up to 12 months for safety and legal reasons.

StixSwap, platformunda çocukların cinsel istismar, sömürü ve her türlü zararlı içerikten korunmasına bağlıdır. Bu sayfa, Google Play Aile Politikaları ve geçerli çocuk güvenliği yasaları kapsamındaki standartlarımızı açıklar.

1) Çocuk cinsel istismarı ve sömürü içeriğine (CSAE/CSAM) sıfır tolerans

Çocuk cinsel istismarı ve sömürü içeriğinin (CSAE/CSAM) herhangi bir biçimde — metin, görüntü, ses, video, bağlantı veya çocuğa yönelik istismar girişimi (grooming) dahil — yüklenmesi, paylaşılması, talep edilmesi, üretilmesi, dağıtılması veya tartışılması yasaktır. Bu tür bir etkinlikte bulunan hesaplar önceden uyarılmaksızın kalıcı olarak kapatılır. İlgili vakaları Ulusal Kayıp ve İstismar Edilen Çocuklar Merkezi (NCMEC) CyberTipline'a ve yasanın gerektirdiği diğer makamlara bildiririz.

2) Yaş koşulu

Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 13 yaşından küçükler hesap oluşturamaz ve Uygulamayı kullanamaz. 13 yaşından küçük olduğunu düşündüğünüz bir kullanıcıyı uygulama içindeki "Bildir" seçeneği ile bildirin; doğrulanması halinde hesap kaldırılır.

3) Uygulama içi bildirim ve engelleme

Her kullanıcı profili ve sohbet ekranında Bildir (Profil veya sohbet menüsü > Bildir) ve Engelle seçenekleri bulunur. Uygulama üzerinden gönderilen bildirimler moderasyon ekibi tarafından incelenir; 24 saat içinde işlem yapılması hedeflenir. İhlal eden hesaplar uyarılmadan askıya alınabilir veya kalıcı olarak kaldırılabilir.

4) Çocuk güvenliği endişelerini nasıl bildirebilirsiniz?

• Uygulama içinden: ilgili kullanıcının profilini veya sohbet menüsünü aç > Bildir'e dokun ve "Çocuk güvenliği / küçükle ilgili uygunsuz içerik" nedenini seç.
• E-posta: stixswapapp@gmail.com adresine "Çocuk güvenliği bildirimi" konusuyla yaz. İhlal eden kullanıcı adını ve bağlamı ekle. 24 saat içinde yanıt veririz.
• Acil durum: bir çocuğun acil tehlikede olduğunu düşünüyorsanız önce yerel kolluk kuvvetleriyle iletişime geçin (Türkiye'de 155 Polis İmdat veya 156 Jandarma).

7) Moderasyon ve önleyici tedbirler

• Mesajlarda küfür/uygunsuz dil filtresi.
• Engellenen kullanıcının içerikleri akış ve sohbetlerden anında gizlenir.
• Hesap silme uygulama içinden her an yapılabilir (silme politikasına bakın).
• Bildirimler insan incelemesini tetikler; kötüye kullanım kayıtları güvenlik ve yasal nedenlerle 12 aya kadar takma adlı biçimde saklanır.
