Account & Data Deletion

StixSwap — Last updated: 2026-07-02

You can permanently delete your StixSwap account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

1) In-app (fastest)

1. Open the StixSwap app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Account settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, profile, collection, friends, friend requests, blocks, chat messages, username reservation and profile photo are deleted from our systems immediately.

2) By email request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to stixswapapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your StixSwap account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (typically within 72 hours).

What is deleted

• Email, username, profile photo, city and approximate location.
• Your full sticker collection (owned and duplicate counts).
• Friends, friend requests, users you blocked.
• Chat messages you sent (messages are removed from your side; copies already delivered to the other participant remain in their chat until they delete it).
• Push notification tokens for your devices.
• Username reservation (it becomes available again).

What is retained (and why)

• Abuse reports you filed or that were filed about you may be retained in pseudonymized form for safety/legal reasons (typically up to 12 months).
• Server logs (Firebase) for security and debugging, typically up to 30 days.
• Payment / subscription records held by Apple or Google for their own legal obligations; StixSwap does not store payment details.

Time to completion

Deletion is immediate when triggered in-app. For email requests we act within 72 hours on average and complete deletion within 30 days in all cases.

StixSwap hesabını ve hesabına bağlı tüm verileri istediğin zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İki yol var:

1) Uygulama içinden (en hızlı)

1. StixSwap uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
2. Profil > Hesap ayarları'na git.
3. Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.

Hesabın; profilin, koleksiyonun, arkadaşların, gelen istekler, engellediklerin, mesajların, kullanıcı adı rezervasyonu ve profil fotoğrafın sistemlerimizden anında silinir.

2) E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa, StixSwap hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresinden stixswapapp@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın senin olduğunu doğrulayıp 30 gün içinde (genellikle 72 saat içinde) sileriz.

Silinen veriler

• E-posta, kullanıcı adı, profil fotoğrafı, şehir ve yaklaşık konum.
• Tüm çıkartma koleksiyonun (sahip olduğun ve fazla adetler).
• Arkadaşların, arkadaşlık istekleri, engellediğin kullanıcılar.
• Gönderdiğin sohbet mesajları (senin tarafından silinir; karşı tarafa iletilmiş kopyalar o kullanıcı silene kadar onun sohbetinde kalır).
• Cihazlarına ait push bildirim token'ları.
• Kullanıcı adı rezervasyonun (kullanım için açılır).

Saklanan veriler (ve nedeni)

• Tarafından yapılan veya hakkında yapılmış kötüye kullanım bildirimleri, güvenlik/yasal nedenlerle takma adlandırılmış biçimde bir süre saklanabilir (genellikle en fazla 12 ay).
• Sunucu logları (Firebase) güvenlik ve hata tespiti için tutulur; genellikle en fazla 30 gün.
• Apple veya Google'ın kendi yasal yükümlülükleri gereği tuttuğu ödeme/abonelik kayıtları; StixSwap ödeme bilgilerini saklamaz.

İşlem süresi

Uygulama içinden tetiklendiğinde silme anlıktır. E-posta talepleri ortalama 72 saat içinde işleme alınır, her durumda 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
