By using StixSwap (the “App”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
StixSwap is a tool that lets users track their football sticker collections and contact other users for trading. It is not an official product and is not affiliated with any manufacturer, league, federation or organization.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, use it under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, for the security of your account and for activity under it. Your username is unique.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual/abusive content, spam, fraud and illegal content are strictly forbidden. We apply zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Trades happen between users; StixSwap is not a party to any trade. From the Nearby screen, the chat screen or from a friend's profile you can send a direct trade offer matching your duplicates against the other user's missing stickers. Quantities do not need to match; the offer composition is up to you. The other user may accept, reject, or send a counter offer (a new offer that automatically rejects the original). When both parties have accepted, each side must separately mark the trade as completed in chat; the App then atomically updates both collections (a single tap is not enough — this prevents one user from changing the other's collection without consent). Either party can instead mark the trade as not completed, which closes the offer without any collection changes. StixSwap does not guarantee that trades occur, that stickers are genuine, or that users are trustworthy. No money is exchanged through the App. Meeting/trading decisions and risks are yours.
The Nearby feature uses only coarse (approximate) location; your exact location is not stored/shared and can be turned off in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is a generic collection tracker; it uses no brands, logos, player names, team crests or copyrighted images. The App’s software and design belong to StixSwap.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account anytime via Settings > Account settings > Delete account.
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StixSwap is not liable for indirect/incidental damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when published in the App and on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (mandatory consumer rights reserved).
The optional “Ad-Free” monthly subscription is billed to your App Store / Google Play account at the price shown at purchase. It auto-renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments and refunds are governed by the respective store’s policies; StixSwap does not issue direct refunds.
This agreement is between you and StixSwap only; Apple and Google are not parties. StixSwap is solely responsible for the App and any support/claims; Apple/Google are not responsible. On Apple devices, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you. You represent that you are not located in a country under a U.S. embargo and are not on any restricted parties list.

StixSwap, kullanıcıların futbol çıkartma koleksiyonlarını takip etmesini ve takas amacıyla diğer kullanıcılarla iletişim kurmasını sağlayan bir araçtır. Resmi bir ürün değildir; herhangi bir üretici, lig, federasyon veya kuruluşla bağlantılı değildir.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 18 yaşından küçükseniz veli/vasi gözetiminde kullanmalısınız.
Doğru bilgi vermek, hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden sorumlu olmak sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür. Kullanıcı adınız benzersizdir.
Taciz, nefret söylemi, tehdit, cinsel/uygunsuz içerik, spam, dolandırıcılık ve yasa dışı içerik kesinlikle yasaktır. Uygunsuz içerik ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılar için sıfır tolerans uygulanır.
Takaslar kullanıcılar arasındadır; StixSwap takasın tarafı değildir. Yakındakiler ekranı, sohbet ekranı veya bir arkadaşınızın profili üzerinden doğrudan takas teklifi gönderebilir, kendi fazlalarınızla karşı tarafın eksiklerini eşleştirebilirsiniz. Adet eşitliği zorunlu değildir; teklif içeriğini siz belirlersiniz. Karşı taraf teklifi kabul edebilir, reddedebilir veya karşı teklif gönderebilir (yeni teklif gönderildiğinde orijinal otomatik reddedilir). Her iki taraf da teklifi kabul ettikten sonra fiziksel takasın gerçekleştiğini sohbette ayrı ayrı "Takas Tamamlandı" ile onaylamalıdır; iki onay birden alındığında uygulama her iki kullanıcının koleksiyonunu atomik olarak günceller (tek tıkla onay yeterli değildir — bu, bir kullanıcının diğerinin koleksiyonunu onayı olmadan değiştirmesini engeller). Taraflardan biri "Takas Tamamlanmadı" diyerek teklifi kapatabilir; bu durumda koleksiyonlarda değişiklik olmaz. Takasın gerçekleşmesi, çıkartmaların gerçekliği veya kullanıcıların güvenilirliği StixSwap tarafından garanti edilmez. Uygulama üzerinden para alışverişi yapılmaz. Buluşma/takas kararları ve riskleri size aittir.
Yakındakiler özelliği yalnızca kaba (yaklaşık) konum kullanır; kesin konumunuz saklanmaz/paylaşılmaz ve Ayarlar’dan kapatılabilir. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası’na bakın.
Uygulama jenerik bir koleksiyon takip aracıdır; herhangi bir marka, logo, oyuncu adı, takım logosu veya telifli görsel kullanmaz. Uygulamanın yazılımı ve tasarımı StixSwap’e aittir.
Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar > Hesap ayarları > Hesabı Sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, StixSwap dolaylı/arızi zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel şartlar Uygulamada ve bu sayfada yayımlandığında yürürlüğe girer.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir (zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır).
“Reklamsız” aylık abonelik isteğe bağlıdır. Ücret, satın alma sırasında gösterilen tutarda App Store / Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir. Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak aynı ücretle yenilenir. Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Ödeme ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir; StixSwap doğrudan iade yapmaz.
Bu sözleşme yalnızca sizinle StixSwap arasındadır; Apple ve Google taraf değildir. Uygulama ve desteğe ilişkin tüm sorumluluk StixSwap’e aittir, Apple/Google sorumlu değildir. Apple cihazlarında Apple, bu sözleşmenin yararlanan üçüncü tarafıdır ve şartları size karşı uygulayabilir. Uygulamayı, ABD ambargosu altındaki bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve yasaklı taraflar listesinde olmadığınızı beyan ederek kullanırsınız.
